Contrary to what the other guy said, pull the actual USB and save the footage that way. Using the Tesla app significantly downgrades the quality of your video, and might hinder investigation

But no need to Ram Rage this site. lol. I joke.
I have seen posts with videos of the dash cam attached. Just play around with the site. There is a way to make it work, or message the mods.
Absolutely report it. If the car went into a High school it could be a teen, or new driver. Actions have consequences and this is a D*** good age to learn that life lesson. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in a well mannered and cultured society. Disrespect of others is not kosher.

Make sure you get that police report filed and insist they press charges. Did you receive any damage (even if very minor scratch)? If so, I would take his info from the police report and call his insurance company and start a case with them.

Even the smallest scratch on my truck would leave me demanding his insurance company pay to sand the entire plane so that it matches. And I would only allow Tesla's body shop to do it.

I don't think this particular circumstance fits the context JC was saying that verse in. People were about to stone to DEATH a woman caught in adultery. Minor vandalism shouldn't be compared to adultery as far as severity of sin, and stoning to death is a much more severe punishment than the fine this culprit would recieve from our laws. JC was probably really just trying to say overall that you shouldn't ever kill anyone over any sin, no matter how severe.

I think a better example JC gave us of what to do is Matthew 18:15-18, & 21-22

[15] “If another member of the church sins against you, go and point out the fault when the two of you are alone. If the member listens to you, you have regained that one. [16] But if you are not listened to, take one or two others along with you, so that every word may be confirmed by the evidence of two or three witnesses. However, given the Protestant deformation (Reformation) that took place in the early 1500s (1500 years after Christ and the original Apostles), we no longer have one united Church as Christ intended. So, chances that person is from the same Church/denomination aren't guaranteed, which would make things a little more complicated to do what JC told us to do in these circumstances. However, we do have our man-made laws
