How do I decline PowerShare and get my $700 store credit?

I finally got my truck (AWD) and I want to buy a few accesories, but I’d obviously like to use this $700 credit that I’m supposed to get for declining PowerShare. I ignored the PowerShare survey email when I got it because I already have a custom home solar setup that I knew wouldn’t qualify for installation. That email link is now expired and I have no idea how to decline PowerShare so that I can get my $700 credit.

Also, the truck is awesome. I already transported an 850 pound cement mixer in the bed. Cybertruck doing truck things.

You're going to have to go down the long road of trying to reach a person who knows and who can help you.

I'm pretty sure they wanted you to fill out that survey so they can give you your options, but because you skipped it, you're going to have to work backwards.

Filled out the survey and once my VIN was given to me I think Tesla contacted the "car charging Pros" certified installer who set up and appt with me within days.
BEWARE: I turned down the Powershare option but had the wall connector installed. They (car charging pros) billed me for the wall connector but stated "Tesla will reimburse you for the wall connector". NOT TRUE..... Tesla sent an email stating: Since your installation for Powershare Home Backup was canceled, we are providing you with a one-time use $700 Tesla Shop voucher. You can use this to purchase home charging to complete your Home Backup setup – or to purchase other charging equipment, apparel, accessories and more. This voucher can only be used once and any unused balance remaining after the transaction will be forfeited.* For help installing your preferred home charging solution, contact a Certified Installer listed on our website.
So now I'm in the process of trying to get the shop voucher refunded to me or what would be as good is 6 months free SC.

Survey said! Yeah don't ignore these. Not sure where the $700 is coming from but they give you 6 months supercharging which in my case has not been activated since I picked up 2 weeks ago and $100 in charging charges later.

I'm 2 weeks in today an nothing. I was informed I didn't qualify for powershare install weeks ago so that's not the delay. Though I wasn't expecting it until the 2 weeks was up.
