PowerShare Survey and how do you contact Tesla

Hey All,

I did the PowerShare survey but have since sold my home. I cant seem to find a way to contact Tesla, the phone tree is just a loop and there is no way to just get a general question in with support. I want the Tesla Shop Credit or Supercharger credit.

Has anyone been able to contact Tesla regarding this?

Let me know your results. I've tried 3x, and found no way to contact them.

I sent in a service request, they told me to call Tesla Energy. I called them, they have no idea regarding powershare surveys. They pointed me to contact a certified tesla installer, and have them contact Tesla.

Runaround all over.

This is super annoying, I went through the same process of trying to call them and trying each different department and none of them have any idea about this. One guy told me that they’re not doing anything with this until later this year.

Another rep took my contact info and said that I would have to contact my service center.

It really is frustrating when they have no idea what to do and how things are being miscommunicated between the different departments.

Call your SC where you will likely take delivery. Ask for "service" in the menu. Do not ask for delivery/sales, etc.... must be service request. They always route you to the service at that location. Nicely ask them to transfer you to the sales management and tell them its critical. 8/10 times they do... it depends on how nice you are and their mood. Once you talk to someone you like, ask them to please text you their direct extension. Then you will always have a direct line to the person who is best likely to help and answer your questions.

The 800 number is a joke. Nobody answers and you can't leave a message. After a while on hold it just hangs up. Tesla has no respect for thier customers. Sad.
