Kemah PD is going to love the Cybertruck, but G-Wraps needs to stop trying to be weird and just make the side lettering parallel to the body lines, and like the tail gate is already awesome, as shown in this edited image:

IMO this would look much better. Police standards and appearances are supposed to be straight and professional looking, not (skewed). 😉

What I came to say. So much better.

Trucks generally aren’t the best as patrol vehicles.
Sure they are! They can hold more things in them than a car can... More tools, more weapons, more safety equipment, etc...

And the main advantage is their ability to go 'off road' when chasing down a suspect... Cars have a MUCH lower suspension and can get stuck pretty easily.

Many departments don't want to use them as much because the FUEL costs are usually about double what a 'regular' police unit will cost, but with an EV they are saving about HALF (or more!) vs a 'regular' police 'car' and about 2/3rds the cost of a truck...

How about they focus on PT Standards and maintaining those rather than worrying about some glamour project (in which they are too cheap to properly wrap)?
It's a test vehicle. Why spend a bunch on a fancy wrap?

As a Texan, I envy LVPD's fleet of 10 CTs. They even have a highly modified SWAT CT! Since CTs are made in GigaTexas, Texas needs to represent and show off her very own badass EV truck! Go Texas 🤠

Generally police vehicles are required to be marked unless and undercover vehicle, but in that case it would have the *proper* lights and such.

If that wrap is "fancy" then I'm married to a prime Shania Twain!
LOL. Good pick. No, someone commented on the lame wrap. I was just saying that it's just a test vehicle and that's why they didn't bother with a nicer wrap. But yeah, Shania Twain. Good pick.

It looks marked to me. I was saying they went with a not-full wrap because it's a test vehicle but they DID put markings on it. It's obviously a police vehicle.

I must not have been clear enough. My post wasn't clear. Sorry.
