First Damage to My 2026 CT

I bumped up against a pile of ice yesterday and thought the front wheel only rolled up against it.
This morning I noticed this piece of trim was hanging loose in front of the right front tire. I was able to pull it off the front bumper. Seemed like just a few plastic tabs holds it in place, but this was hanging by just one of them.
The piece is laying on the ground in front of the right tire.

Those stupid aero-fairings just suck. I took both the front and back off after replacing two of them.

There are “delete” kits out there…

Ahhh, I was hoping they weren't some kind of aero stabilizing fins or ground effect features that were tied to the on board computer.
I suppose I could just pull the other one off so it looks concentric.

Can back this, I also borked mine on a pile of plowed ice disguised as a nice soft pillowy snow. Delete kit worked like a charm and no real change noticed other than looks and peace of mind.

I had mine replaced after hitting a snow bank - Tesla charged me 80.20 Canadian pesos, of which 55 was the part.

yep deleted mine as well after they both came off during some offroading, I deleted the front and back, looks good.. but haven't measured the impact on range yet

I removed the front aero-fairings for the Cyber Rodeo. I found several of them littering the offroad trail lol.

They R&R pretty easily, there's 2 bolts and a few tabs.

I assume there's some sort of range efficiency hit for deleting those.. I can't imagine anyone on the design team thought things that hang down around the tires would be a good idea for anything other than aerodynamics.

The rear fairings are only $15.
You can ask Service to order them in the app
Just select other when you request service.
Then you schedule an appointment to pick them up
There’s also a parts section, but they charge a pretty hefty fee for shipping
Not that difficult to replace yourself
I’ve gone through three of them.
I now have a supply on hand for the next time
There are videos on YouTube that can help you
Opted not to get the delete kit because it seems like it’s a loose sloppy fit

The Tesla online parts catalog lists the RH front fairing at $65 (which is oddly $5 cheaper than the left??).

You can order it right online.
