Better ride quality? Does it lift the vehicle another 2 inches, sorry very well informed on tires and such as i usually just replace whts on there to exact.
This new AWD CT has me bugging and just trying to figure out any disadvantages that might be unknown to me.

The 18” should have slightly softer ride. More sidewall is better off-road. The 20” will be sharper handling on the tarmac. Quicker tun in. Less wallow. Ride height should be the same.
Thank you

There is potentially an efficiency advantage to 18’s too but that’s a much complicated thing to figure out.
but if you look at every other Tesla, the larger wheel and lower profile tire setup always gets less range.

As a general rule, less weight on the wheel is greater efficiency, the only real advantage that the 20" would have over 18" is a firmer sidewall and slightly better handling. People usually favor the appearance of larger rims, but you sacrifice efficiency, comfort and usually cost for performance.

What he said. Bigger tires = more rubber to grip the pavement.
