Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice regarding an issue I’ve encountered with my Cybertruck.
As you can see in the attached photos, a piece of debris has somehow worked its way inside the camera housing assembly located behind the rearview mirror. This is physically obstructing the interior camera lens, causing my FSD to be unavailable due to a "camera blockage" error.
Given the sensitivity of the hardware in that assembly, I’m hesitant to attempt any DIY removal to avoid damaging the plastic clips or the lens itself.
I’m hoping to get some input from the community:
Thanks in advance!

I’m hoping to get some input from the community:
- Is this a known issue? Has anyone else experienced debris getting into this specific housing?
- Is it user-serviceable? Is there a safe way to access that area without risk of breaking trim pieces, or is this strictly a Service Center job?
- Warranty/Service: If this requires professional intervention, has anyone had luck getting this covered under warranty, or is it typically treated as a non-warranty repair?
Thanks in advance!
