No. My neighbor has a model y with no FSD and he got the spring update. Both mine have FSD and are on 2.9.10

As suspected, FSD build is behind the usual Summer/Fall/Winter/Spring updates. It will take time for FSD to catch up and incorporate those features. Thanks for your response @dpoll995 .

I don’t see it in the release notes. After using it in my wife’s M3P, not 100% sure I want it yet.

The fact that Grok automatically closes itself after 15 seconds of inactivity is a real improvement.
Or you can say “Goodbye” or “talk to you later” to close Grok immediately
