Tactical gray interior - white smudges cleaning tips?

Those look cool. Are they kind of like Mr. Clean magic erasers? Do you use them dry or damp?

Honestly I don’t known if it’s like Magic Eraser. Each packet is already presoaked.

They are damp. They also work great. Just tried them the first time yesterday, and they worked. Basically you scrub with them then take a wet microfiber cloth to rinse them off, and then with a dry cloth dry the area.
