Got it, love it! Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks for the headsup!

Got it with the discount. Installation was a bit of a beating, but the finished product looks really nice!
Did you have to put any foam pieces on the outer sides like I saw one video or did everything go together nicely? Mine should be here this week.

looks good, fit is VERY snug. Challenging to get some of the parts in. Had to flex plastic, scared to snap a piece.

I’ve only had it for a while, but no noises.

looks original. Showed it to my wife and she thought it had always been there.

More details of this please- is there a thread?🙏
I looked yesterday and the I for is spread out over three or four fridge threads. If you search auxbeam you should have success but basically, the frunk power outlet goes to a tsportline buck converter and the 12v output from that goes to an aux beam control box mounted under the frunk tub. The switch pictured is really just a wired remote. Anything you want to run on 12v then gets wired to an output of the Auxbeam control box and each output is controlled by one of the buttons. I went for the 4 gang one but there are larger ones if you want to control say 8 things.
this is the device

The advantages are huge. The frunk outlet can stay on while level 2 charging and allows the car to sleep unlike the other options and that means barely noticeable power consumption for running fridge and Starlink continuously. The only time that thing turns off is during a software update.

Yeah. The auxbeam switch controls my fridge and Starlink which are dc wired to the frunk power outlet as is a small Ecoflow in the frunk. That stays permanently charged so I have plugs and usb-c’s and 12v dc in the frunk. Those buttons are how I control the auxbeam and then there is a button to turn the cyberbeam drl thing on and off. Theoretically I could use on of those buttons set to momentary and a unit that transmits to a garage door like you have.
@That Beast Mode has done exactly that. Pretty slick actually.

@hemiarch Yea that was a fun little project. Works great tho and its nicely integrated into my setup. I have one button for my fridge, one for the garage and 2 empty spaces for future toys. I considered using the 3rd to power the digital mirror but went a different route w that one. Video below in action.

Some thoughts while I’m blazing a 🍁 bowl in the Joytutus tent.

Outside the tent are gusts of wind and I definitely would be a few degrees colder outside. It does a phenomenal job of blocking a wind directly into my face sitting here. I can see other objects being pushed and barely any feeling of wind inside. Which can be a benefit or a disadvantage depending on your current weather. I usually sleep with a portable ryobi fan so that helps too move air on warm nights.

my tent has been setup for a few weeks now in my yard and zero bugs inside and Alaska are known for our bugs so it has great sealed up corners. I love how much vestibule room you have when it’s setup on the ground, your gear can stay nice and dry provided it’s angled correctly. The large storage areas outside the left right, rear and front sun shade really make use of every possible storage point.

there’s a port on the right hand looking outwards it has a Velcro panel sealing it could easily fit a typical dryer diameter hose or larger or any wiring and reach the 240 panel in the bed of cyber. Both sides line up w mesh sections for the bed lights so a quick app tap and your flooded w light or dim it for a sexy ambiance
