Same Q here as well, just got my VIN two nights ago and paid the initial $4xxx fees but did not pay the $120k outstanding yet. I wasn't sure if I HAD to pay the $120k before they would ship up here to Seattle.
I'm in Oregon but have never bought a tesla before, is there anything I need to do to get my Vin? My Cybertruck order does not show up in app, but shows up online when I login. I just put my address in because It never asked me before.
Also in WA. I was told by an advisor that you can just pay the whole balance on the pickup day.
You might contact Tesla support about it not showing in the app to see if they can force a sync somehow. The cybertruck should have shown up pretty quickly after the Dec delivery event. If you don’t see it, there might be some disconnect between the site and app.
What state are you in? How long did you wait between paying and getting a delivery date?
I am in Oregon. I have not paid the downpayment as of now. I did inquire with the Tesla Tigard and they asked me bring a Cashier's check on the day of delivery. I am surprised that you paid upfront on the app. Thanks
Ahhhh, it always says that but you can wait. Mine says that too of course as it's the default in app but I'm not paying until day of delivery. They use Plaid for immediate payment verification so it works. Just make sure to help you bank works with Plaid ok as is smoother.
