6 months free charging, where is it?

I chose the 6 months of free charging instead of the power wall option. However, they told me I would get an email in two weeks. 4 weeks later, nothing. I’ve emailed them 3x but they just tell me I should be getting an email. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

, the Powershare program is being reorganized currently and there are delays in moving to the next steps for customers in your situation. Unfortunately from the information I have, further movement to next steps is expected to go into the first week of June.

I never got an email, just went ahead and tried it within a week from delivery and was charged $0.
I finished the survey before delivery and opted to get Supercharger credit. Now I have got my CT for more than 2 weeks and still received no email for that.

My "Specs & Warranty" page still says, "Supercharger Network Access + Pay-as-you-go".

I am wondering how your "Specs & Warranty" page says?

BTW, I called 877-798-3752 and tried to get someone look up this for me. Two phone calls ended interrupted after long waiting.

Oh wow first time I've checked here. Looks like my 6 months started the day after I took delivery (3/10).

Sounds like you didn't do anything but the credit was granted silently. :) Many of us are not that lucky.

I hear they are reworking the powershare decline/disqualified benefits now. The power share page no longer mentions super charging at all, and only mentions a $2500 voucher in the case of decline. There is also no mention of a difference between Beast and AWD.

Finally got an update email from Tesla tonight like what has been discussed here: https://www.cybertruckownersclub.co...ckup-equipment-or-other-products.18200/page-3

So instead of provding free super charger credit as it originally promised, Teslat changes its policy on their term now.
