Has anyone actually received the free 6 months (AWD) or 12 month (Beast) Supercharging credits yet? Waiting on mine, said it would be received within 1 month of delivery.

I got an email survey in April saying since I did not qualify for the Powershare equipment installation and that I would get 6 months free supercharging instead. Waiting on that so wondering if any others actually received it and if so how long after getting your CT?

Nope, I called Tesla and was transferred several times. The last guy told me to contact my delivery center but they don’t pick up. Really pisses me off because currently I can only charge via supercharging.

Got free two months after 2 months of ownership the day I tired of paying triple for their power and installed a home charger. Took 3 phone calls and about 4 hours of holding and three weeks after that.

Thanks Elon. Almost feels planned at that point. Not a retroactive application and refund, just free now that I've got a charger solution.

I got a response saying no installer two months free back in Apiil. Didn't get it until the day I hooked up a 240 and charged myself in mid May. About 6 weeks and a bunch of confused reps.

A couple weeks later I left on a 10 day, 5000 mile trip from Spokane to watch the total eclipse in Arkansas. The first day and half I was charged for all supercharging, then no charge. I am still getting free supercharging which makes me glad that I only live about ten miles from a 12 station charger.

When did you take delivery?

I took delivery in early March and I was notified about the free charging a week or two later. However, I wouldn't have known that it was active if I hadn't been on that trip as there was no other notification of when it started.

If you've been notified that you are eligible, go to a supercharger and see if it's free. Six months is not a long time and the clock may have already started ticking.

Just another data point. Before I picked up on Apr 26 I was advised I didn't qualify for power share. (I have a generator), so I replied to that email that my choice was the $700 credit.

I've had no communication from Tesla since, though I have replied to that email a number of times asking for an update.
