I dare say that there is not an American vehicle that could be sold as-is in Europe. Or that there is a European vehicle that could be sold as-is in the US.

There are a number of US laws that are prohibiting features that are in Europe from baing activated in the US, like the newer headlights.

Both issues seem to be viable and problematic for the Cybertruck design.

I'm pretty sure those weren't his words.

I believe that it was that they would look into getting the process started with the changes need for European certification.

As it sits, the Cybertruck cannot be certified in the EU. Elon mentions that changes would have to be made.

So we agree the modifications made for the international version will certify it for EU in the 2026-2027 timeframe?
