Anyone who received $700 for powershare, any updates on $2500

Hi All,
After taking delivery and declining powershare, got my $700 which they've raised to $2500 afterwards. I've emailed Tesla North America and Tesla Energy teams and did not receive anything back. Anyone in the same situation got any updates?

We already have solar and a powerwall and were told we’d get the $700 voucher. Then on June 4th we got the email stating we’d get $2,500. But as of today we haven’t gotten anything. I’m just hoping that MAYBE they are waiting until more items are back in stock before sending them. Wishful thinking probably.

If you accepted and received the $700 voucher, no way they are now going to send you $1800 more. You accepted their offer, and the deal is closed.

Guess the forums broke all day today! But good news for all! Email for $2500 shop credit came in this evening.

"We understand that your Powershare Home Backup installation was canceled, and so you are receiving a $2,500 Tesla Shop voucher in lieu of the Powershare Home Backup equipment. You can use this voucher to purchase home charging equipment to complete your Home Backup setup or other Tesla apparel, accessories and more.1 For help installing your home charging equipment, contact a Tesla Certified Installer."
