Right now it says I might get fulfilled June to August but I’m going on vacation from mid July to mid August. If I get a VIN during this time, can I schedule driver for when I’m back if it needs to be in a few weeks?

Is there an email I can send to Tesla for order questions like this?

Use the chat feature in your Tesla app to ask your rep. You will most likely have to put your truck on 'hold' and they will give your VIN to someone else and you can get a new VIN when you return.

If I remember correctly, the chat feature for these questions aren’t available until a VIN is assigned. But I could be wrong.

Perhaps you can reach out by giving Tesla a call or your expected delivery service center.

Can you take a screenshot where this chat function is? I cannot find it.

Like @getsometom stated, the chat feature isn't available until a VIN is assigned. I have a Cybertruck on order (no VIN assigned) and when I click on the chat icon, it doesn't allow me to send any messages.

Got it, thanks for clarifying.

...Hopefully you'll be able to respond. If they give you a VIN and date before you leave - or don't give you a VIN and date before you're back, well, it won't matter, right?

I'll have internet access where I go. The problem is if they give me a VIN the day I leave, and that's only day 1 of my one month trip, will I be able to take delivery a whole month later without releasing my reservation. I'm guessing there's a time limit for them to physically hold the car even if I pay early.

Not much you can do until VIN assigned. You can ask them then.

If I just pay, and then say I'm coming in 3 weeks, they won't refuse and send me back the money and release my CT right?

Well, they won't send your money back but they might give you a different truck. Tesla, like most service shops, doesn't like babysitting someone else's car.

If you can afford the risk, I suppose it's worth the proof you do want the truck.

As long as its new and I still get it whenas soon as I am back, it doesn't really matter I guess.

I really think you will be okay going on vacation. You can schedule your pick up when you want to. Best advice I can give you is to go on your vacation and free your mind of picking up your Cybertruck. It will be there when you get back.
Mine has been sitting at the dealership for over two weeks (since my initial delivery day) and will probably be there another week because of the recalls that are going on right now.

I was in the same boat and knew there will be days up in Everest region with no Internet or cell signals. Went to the SC before the trip, they took the notes down of my trip and assured that I would be fine. Not sure if it really worked bcos assigning VIN is not in the hands of SC. Got VIN 4 days before the end of my trip with a text and App update. Sent a text right away about my situation and Tesla responded in the message box that I should be fine as the truck is scheduled to arrive to my SC in 10-12 days. It was good information for me to plan everything for delivery.
SC cannot hold your truck for more than few days. They'll release the VIN to the next customer and you'll have to wait for next VIN assignment.
