I get it if he can’t afford it but so many of his “facts” are wrong, his concerns based on rumors, and so many of his complaints reveal his lack of understanding of features.

I wouldn’t put too much stock into Hoovie…

He did the same with the Lightning, complaining about range when he bought Standard Range with only 240 miles, yes he can afford it

I think about it from time to time. Not to sell, but to just not use. Maybe down the road. Tonneau cover buttons don't work. One of the latches on bed doesn't latch so car alarm sometimes goes off at night when it gets chilly. Broken plastic parts.

I did drive my friends 2500HD Duramax for the last couple days. We swapped, as he wanted to try it. Where I am at, and how I live many sacrifices are made for that. Most for EV use. If I didn't have an EV truck and car my electric needs would be much less, and less complicated. Still off grid, but so much easier and less infrastructure.

It is very tempting. For my truck needs I could get buy with something like that. I have a 2500 suburban, and haven't had any plastic parts break on it since 2012. I see wh Wh/mi and it is almost triple my 3 and double my S for the same type of driving around where I am at. Yes winter would be different, but spikes and snows are all I have ever done with Tesla's. Still doing just fine.

People rapping on my window while charging, and just annoyances with the public I don't get on the other Tesla cars owned. Please understand I have been in the car more than most of you. 15k now. Lot's of daily interactions. I pray for rainy days. Only the diehards ask questions. They have to walk with me as I do things. Kids are the only questions I take now. Literally say have your kid ask me the question or lets get a move on, or it becomes question number 2 for 20 min.

So annoyances, and other things in summary make me think my Ramcharger reservation might go through.

Maybe you should print up a "Cybertruck Info Card" for when you don't want to deal with people. When someone raps on your window you can roll your window down an inch, take one off the top of the pile, and slide it out towards them.

It could say:

2024 Tesla Cybertruck (yes, it has a truck bed under the motorized tonneau cover)

Available for ordering on Tesla.com

EPA Dual Motor range: 340 miles, Tri-Motor 320 miles

Price: $79,990 Dual Motor, 99,990 Tri Motor

More details available at Tesla.com

F$&@ this guy and his bullshit stories. I stopped watching him a LONG TIME ago. It’s like he tries to be controversial for clicks. That guy can suck it.
Yep, he's a complete idiot.

He dings the Cybertruck for the sizing of the upper control arm, which doesn't support the weight of the vehicle at all, it only has forces directly in line with it's end pivots, then he compares it to his 3500 GM van control arm and the Ford Raptor control arm, both of which act much closer to the axle (The Cybertrucks control arm is above the top of the 35" tire tread). He fails to understand that both the Ford and GM control arms need to be stronger because they have less mechanical advantage.

He thinks he's a better automotive engineer, just by looking at it, than some of the world's best automotive engineers.

I had to stop watching right there. If it looks like FUD, smells like FUD and sounds like FUD, it's FUD.

To Hoovie:
I watched all videos of Sandy Munro of Munro & Assoc (also videos by Caresoft engineering).
You sir are NO Sandy Munro. You probably could not qualify to even be hired as an "Associate".
They might have an office cleaner job they might hire you for. On second thought, with your failed thinking maybe NOT. You would probably slip on a completely dry liquid-free ice-free non-slip floor.

Ex-GM Truck Exec, Terry Woychowski Rates the Tesla Cybertruck
Terry Woychowski is the president of Caresoft, a company that does vehicles teardowns and benchmarking. But he also ran GM full-size truck program earlier in his career and retired as a vice president. He really knows trucks and has some great insights about the Tesla Cybertruck.

...And then left it unplugged in freezing weather.

And I can not get past that he drives and narrates while holding the camera, showing that he's a bit of a lead foot.
