No problem,
RN112904667
VIN 018798
Thanks!

Still have a bit of a wait ahead... I've settled down a bit and only check for a VIN about twice an hour now.

So finally got the text today for Cyberbeast pickup tomorrow in So Cal Upland.
Date configured 5/23

Delivery notice 7/11 and appt scheduled tomorrow 7/12.
11308 RN, did apply for long term shareholder program but my configure email didn’t reference that like others.

Day 143
Configured a great white beast 02/20/2024, Virginia
I am also checking my app multiple times per hour at this point.
NOVA here as well. First wave of invites (12/8). Configured next day. There was a 5 month wait before VIN assignment due to VA not getting late allocations. I never checked the app but got a text from Tesla. Timelines should be a lot tighter now!

Would you be willing to share your Reservation number? I'm 113344xxx and trying to see how close to my number they are getting.
Thanks for all the detailed information you provided!
Your RN doesn’t represent a place in line.

Someone on Reddit mentioned getting a VIN for a Beast with grey. Geniunely concerned that they are doing tactical grey right now and putting white on the back burner. Maybe they do these in batches?

Wondering if I should switch my interior trim...

Hang in there, I config'd 2/27 and got mine 2 weeks ago...it'll be there soon! And it's worth it!

It's a good indication on how long it'll take Tesla to get to my truck. Though, I know there is some batching involved and some preferential treatment, I can watch the numbers grow closer to mine each week. Because I ordered a Beast, there will be people who want the AWD version who will get theirs before me. But, it gives me something to gauge my wait... even if it isn't a perfect barometer.

It’s not, I’m a day zero reservation and still no truck.

Don't go bursting my bubble!

No, really. Thanks. If I were Tesla, I'd try to spread out Cybertrucks at first to get them as widely dispersed as possible:

1. Influencers who make content
2. Stars to have that "Kim I-don't-give-a-crap-about gets out of her Cybertruck at some random event somewhere. Doesn't she look sheik.
3. Spread out among States. Based on population, California would get about 1/8 of Cybertrucks.
4. Within the above, try to get the first reservationists theirs.

I was living in Nebraska when we reserved my wife's first Model Y late... 04/20/2020 to be exact. We got VIN 5YJYGDEE8LF0112xx almost exactly 2 months later. Several people with reveal-night reservations asked how... Well, it was Blue and in Nebraska.

So, I'm sure the reservation numbers are not the ONLY way Tesla prioritizes deliveries. (Cyberbeast, Grey interior, AT tires... I'm just asking for a long wait) But, I think as they get around to "putting more in Alabama", your number will come up quickly. For me, in Maryland now, I have no idea how many they'll pump up here early. I'm hoping it's at least a few more. I see one every once in a while (like every couple of weeks) but they are far from common.

Good luck to you getting yours delivered. I'm still going to VIN check WAY too often every day until I get mine because what else can I do?

I would think 4 would be opposite. If you're trying to get eyes on the truck. Give it to less populated places. Someone gets out in a busy city, 1000 lookers. Or someone gets out in a small town 100 lookers. Need more in states with lower population to get the views.
