When someone comments to me on a post or something that "it's ugly" I always respond with "so is that comment". I had someone come up to me at a weekend event to tell me "you're truck is really ugly why would you get something that ugly" so I looked at her and said with a straight face, "it really makes you look ugly to seek me out and tell me my truck is ugly". She spent the next 3 days trying to say nice things to me to recover from that conversation to which I just would barely acknowledge.

Haters are going to hate... people come at the Cybertruck much the way Star Wars fans are now... I call it pre-Hate. The media has told them what to think and most are just hating because the media/SJWs told them to hate it.

The trolls on Cyberstuck are a sad lot. Whether it’s Elon Derangement Syndrome, being full-blown leftists, or just bored losers, I find it hilarious there is a subreddit nearly larger than (if not larger than) the Cybertruck subreddit that is 100% dedicated to hating on a vehicle none of them own. The fact that the rule in the sub is that you can’t say anything positive about the Cybertruck without being banned tells you the echo chamber safe space the creampuffs need for themselves.

The amount of time that the Cybertruck and Elon live rent-free in their heads is comical and makes me happy

Yeah there’s entire groups just dedicated to complaining about certain youtubers and the content that they make isn’t good enough for them. Free videos that they can just not watch. Seems like the same kind of people.

I tell them it's like an intelligence test. You can tell how discerning and smart someone is by how much they buy into false media narratives. You have to be pretty low intelligence to not see how strong the anti-Tesla bias is in the media when the articles are loaded with hot-button disparaging words and negativity.

Isn’t that an irony? Humans are supposed to get smarter and smarter every generation. The media bias is so insane, and all the BS they say about Cybertruck goes right under our nose, and most are naive enough to buy it! ?‍

It looks like we have forgotten the basic math on how to distinguish between minority reported issues versus majority user satisfaction.

Had an enthusiastic thumbs up from someone in the Costco parking lot today, and a thumbs down from some teenage girls on the side of the road. In both cases, they got a happy smile and a thumbs up from me. The teenager's reaction was hilarious, she thought I misunderstood her and was frantically trying to get my attention as I drove past to let me know that she in fact did *NOT* like my truck.

I'm almost to the point of quitting Reddit. The radicalism has been escalating over the past few years and invading every possible sub. The only reason I'm here is because /r/Cybertruck was invaded by haters after the delivery event when it was previously a place of excited fanatics. I commented on /r/electricvehicles that it'll be nice if the obsessive hatred dies down once I get my CT. That comment was downvoted to hell while obsessive haters took that as an opportunity to go off on their rants, which were all upvoted. There is 0 self awareness lol.
