Spot on, man.

Most people give me a thumbs up, but there are others—and I hate to say this—who are usually the biggest haters and, sadly, they are often people who will never be able to afford a Cybertruck. They yell, give thumbs down, make 'L' signs, etc. But they are always driving terrible cars and look like they just found out their checking account was overdrawn again at the Taco Bell drive-through.

The only other time in my life where I felt such hate from random people was when I was 22 and bought my first 911 Turbo. Dudes in their 40s would look at me with disgust when I pulled up to a light.

The one thing that hasn't changed in 20 years is my response: I just look at them and start laughing. I can't imagine how miserable these people's lives must be.

Most people I encounter really like the CT even the ones that thought it looked ugly in pictures. That said there is something very polarizing about it. The attention it gets from people who really hate it is weird. Some just manifests with pointing and laughing or stinky looks which I really don’t care about. However I’ve been noticing some agressive driving around like people cutting me off or not letting me merge which I think is a real issue. I saw the video of the mustang smacking on purpose into a CT and I’m worried of this type of behavior. I’ve been in already two situations on the highway where people would have just rammed me had I not exercised utmost caution and veered of to avoid a collision. I don’t get the hate it’s just a car.

Also what’s different with the CT is that I do not think the hatred is linked in anyway to the price of the car. It is not cheap but it’s actually about what a landcruiser would cost so not Lamborghini territory where you get the “how can you spend that much money into a car while people are starving” kind of hate. Something is different about this one with like the OP’s video pointed out is more ideological and political.

I don't think the guy intentionally targeted the Cybetruck, I think he was just a bad (drunk) driver.

Had a guy hit my '73 Nova on the same corner and took only superficial damage - but his truck was ripped from stem to stern. He tried to drive off with two flat tires, too.

This has also been my experience in only 6 days of ownership. You mentioned those that never heard of it really like it because they are unbiased and non political. This exactly why almost all children love the CT. Children and a perfect test case for unbiased and nonpolitical. We should all think like children.

You lost me with “woke mind virus”.
Don’t trust any news source (including you) that pits Americans against Americans.
Yep. If 1 out of 500 people who don't like your vehicle can trigger a long political rant you just might be the problem about which you're ranting.
