You may be setting your expectations too high if you think it will be released for CTs in a month but you’re not setting your expectations too high if you expect FSD can do 99.9% of your commute with you just relaxed and monitoring.
I use FSD in my Model Y every day and I do relax and just monitor things... It handles my commute from home to work (42 miles each way) without any problems at all! Even going through construction zones on the freeway that CHANGE on about a weekly basis... THAT puts me on my tows to 'monitor' things a little closer, but it's yet to mess up or do something weird through all the construction (we're talking about MILES worth between Carpinteria and Santa Barbara on the 101 freeway on my long drive from Ventura County)... Even today they changed it so that the two lanes heading north actually SPLIT at one point in the middle of Montecito... Handled without a problem...

I did have ONE glitch when it got to my house... I live in a cul-de-sac and when it finished the turn (almost) it hit the tiny curb piece between my driveway and my next door neighbors, which is only about 8 inches wide so the camera probably couldn't 'see' it well enough... But that only happened that one time...

I am going to put 'striping' on my driveway to see if I can get it to recognize it as a 'parking space'... hehe... I will have to put something on that curb also (maybe paint it blue!!) just in case... hehe...

When the time comes what button do you push to activate FSD?

Seems possible. They want to get to 12.5 i'd imagine ASAP so the whole fleet has access to FSD and mainly for the merged true AI learning stack. They aren't likely wanting to code for freeway improvements so want to train it similarly to non-freeway roads.

Finally! Commuting 1-2 hours everyday without this has been brutal. Cybertruck was my first Tesla and I am looking forward to this! Am I setting my expectations too high?
FSD is a gamechanger when it comes to transportation. I have experience from a Model Y and I will be ecstatic when the update lands in by CT!

I dunno might be real

I see some 2004.20.100 installs on a couple of Y's and 3"s on TeslaFi but not confirmation it is FSD 12.5.
Moving to the 2024.20 branch would be bad news for the trucks already on the 2024.26 branch.

The surprising thing is it seems to be going beyond employees already, no trucks yet though that I've seen.
