I've calibrated several times and I'm getting a small gap between the top panel on the tonneau and the opplique. Anyone else's look like this? Makes a great spot for tree junk to make a new home.

Almost like the tonneau is extending too far.

I have exact same issue. Did you get it resolved?

There's a whole thread about this. Most of the newer CTs look like this. We don't know if it's by design or an error. I have a service appt Aug 27, but they said that all the newer CTs look like this that they have seen and the older ones don't. They also have 1 less slat in the tonneau.

I will add issue to my upcoming service ticket in October. Let me know what the tell you. Damn time is flying. I will also see if I can find the thread. I was going to try calibration but it's sounds like that's not very fruitful?

I took my CB in for some (on delivery) scratches to be fixed this week and also told them about the tonneau cover having that same gap. I figured it might just need a recalibration, but the service tech said they are going to replace the whole cover.

I believe they spoke to Tesla engineering about it, so maybe they are adding the missing slat back in? My VIN is in the 20k range.

I did find that I could manually stop the cover closing about a half inch shorter than the automatic stop. This reduced the gap at the top, and the bottom (tailgate end) rubber seal just barely kissed the tailgate.

Leaks less at the top this way, and I wasn't as worried about water dripping in by the tailgate.

Wow! Definitely adding it to my service request. It's growing. Creaking console/seat, crooked tonneau cover, roof applique bowing in sun and stains on frunk. Another all day SC visit.
