I used FSD daily for many years on MY; and I felt of having a smart car. Now driving CT without FSD and feel like having a ā€˜dumb’ car (in contrast to switching back to a flip phone) … hopefully FSD will be updated to my CT soon and it will be a smart truck.

They should have enabled FSD on a different Tesla in our account while we wait for CT FSD
@StainlessVoyager THAT is a great idea and a very fair thing to do; we did pay for it and many of us have other Teslas so I love your idea. I do caution you that the transfer of valuable things like Unlimited Supercharging, is WAY LESS than optimal (i.e., see the hijack post about transferring FSD). I transferred my Unlimited Supercharging and confirmed the new car had it by charging and not getting charged. Then I took a long trip in my old S and it was not until the third DAY that they realized I needed to be charged for charging. I just chuckled...so typical...

And what should they then do about a lot of us who already have FSD on 1, 2, or more other Teslas?

I don't understand why they don't at least give us standard autopilot for the time being

Offer you some unlimited supercharging for a period!? Or offer that to all of us instead of the FSD for a different car. The supercharging has a real cost to it. The FSD is software that doesn't generate a cost which is why I liked it. I'm a shareholder too!

I just drove from Orlando to Atlanta so I took my Model Y so I could use no hands autopilot. It went really well. They have really improved the highway driving. One annoying thing was the car reads the minimum speed signs in Georgia as the speed limit. So it would keep dropping to 40. Hopefully they fix that soon.

In Florida they put the minimum speed on a small sign below the speed limit so it stayed at 70. Georgia has them as separate signs.
That drove me crazy. Fortunately, the Model Y displayed a message that it was maintaining speed due to surrounding traffic. I imagine it would be a lot more annoying with less traffic to override the speed limit change.

I'm eagerly awaiting this update. I have 12.4.3 on my M3P and 12.3.6 on the MYLR and the *only* thing I miss from either car is FSD. Full stop.

Promises promises. I don't believe much of what Elon says about his timelines.

I would hope that they activate some kind of reversing/parking proximity sensor at least as its quite disconcerting after all the years of hearing a beep beep BEEP....to camera view and silence
What is the reason for leaving this sensor beeping?

Apart from I like it… it’s useful multiple times when people or a car just come behind you and the alert just gives you that heads up. Better safe than sorry and you can always turn it off if you don’t like it. So what’s the issue ?
