Why are all the accessories out of stock almost immediately? I haven’t seen that kind of poor supply chain / product launch management in a long time.

Recent deliveries, (last month or so) have received a Tesla Shop gift card credit of $2,500 Instead of the one-time-use voucher.

Have you checked your Tesla Shop account?

What's more annoying is that I ordered the Spare Tire + Kit when it was in stock.

They are supposed to ship these to a service center to install. Had to reschedule the appointment three times due to it not being at the service center yet. Finally the appointment was set and went in. Dropped it off and then I get a text saying they don't have the Tool Kit for it. If they just want to put the spare tire in the back.

How is the tool kit not available when I purchased it when it was in stock? The tech said there are availability restraints on the tool kit in North America. WTF? I ordered it when it was available. And what is this crap with North America? The Cybertruck is only sold in North America right now.

Such BS.

I will bet the reason he put assembly line on 4 days a week It is suppliers can't keep up with 1000 a week. He will never ever fill half orders at 1000 a week. PERIOD.

The department at Tesla is an incompetent after thought. I have been waiting for my Cybertruck Spar Tire Kit for five WEEKS. THEY SAID THEY WILL ANSWER ME IN THE ORDER OF COMPLAINTS RECEIVED. It has been four days and nothing. Service Center destination cannot help! If Elon knew about this train wreak he would clean house. Can anyone get the word to him?
