All I received was misinformation from the showroom. Now I have to order everything again using the credit only to place the return labels on the packages I receive for a refund to my card. I was told by the showroom to just order the parts and that I would receive an automatic refund… not true. The Cyberbeast was perfect. Genius engineering and production but they can’t figure out how to run an online store or a promotion.
