Getting your $2,500 Power Share credit back into your account

Has anyone figured out how to get the PowerShare $2,500 credit back into your account if you are not going to use Qmerit and install PowerShare. I have tried to communicate with them that I am not going forward but no communication back and no sign that the credit has moved back into my Tesla account. Any direction would be great. Thanks

I got my code to use for the credit in a email about three weeks after saying I don't want powershare

I am in same situation like you, after I denied PowerShare installation and Qmeritt confirmed it on Sept 4. I still not hear anything from Tesla yet, Tesla Advice told me that it will take some time.

I had to write a email to qmerit stating I wanted to opt out. Then it took a couple weeks and I got the credit from Tesla.

I had to do this even though I completed the surveys in a way saying I didn’t want PowerShare. I wanted my free super charging and they denied me and removed that option Grrr

Geez.... my first estimate for installation of PowerShare was $9800. I said what???? I can get a natural gas generator for that kind of money. They were out today and reviewed installation. I am hoping they come back with something around what Tesla says it should be $3000-3500. otherwise I will be requesting my voucher be returned to my account. Another month wait. We have been in our home for 35 years and only had one power outage when hurricane Sandy came through Ohio. Seems like a lot to pay for PowerShare for a one time use in the future.

when you figure it out let me know! I took delivery in May, declined the PS and still nothing.

I've called and was told to go to Tesla Sales. So during a service visit I Spoke with the sales manager, she made some calls and told me I should be hearing something in a few weeks... that was a month ago.
