I figured Foundation Holder won’t need any of these except for the underseat storage and vault cargo divider. However, for non-foundation holders they might want some of these at a deal.

I don't think you're the only one! I've seen these pop up around. I happily spent my voucher on stuff I really wanted and was glad to get it all. Only thing I didn't pickup I wanted was the underseat storage. Twice now saw them for $150 but I missed out on it by an hour or two. I regularly travel between South Florida and Jax so I'm sure at some point I'll come across one even if gently used.
