I have 70% on windshield but if I was going to do it again would of chose the 50% for windshield.

My front sides are 15% and they overlayed the rear sides with I think 30% which ended up matching the front 15% almost perfectly.

I used the top of the line Llumar ceramic product don’t recall what that was called but I have some lifetime warranty card which says what it is.

Heat rejection is great and so important with that huge windshield.

Ordered nano ceramic 20% for the front side windows to do it myself. Think it was like $59 shipped. Not to difficult to install as this class is pretty straight.
On the windshieldI have a defect. Looks like its on the inner side and can't tell if its a crack but its only visible from the passenger side. Having it checked to make sure its not a crack or something to worry about, else its getting replaced most likely. So glad I didn't go too far with the tinting yet. But I think I'd pass doing that big glass myself :).
I did not notice anything crazy in the back windows for the folks back there and I did have my sun screen up in the top glass when in CA last. But definitely needed some tint on the front.

Nice I am getting my CB tinted next Friday, Llumar Air 80 on the front windshield and glass roof and tinting the front windows. I agree its a must down here in South Florida.

DrShah, just get the rear windows tinted. They are darkened, but no UV protection. It's not too expensive to get the rear added on.

Thats very cheap. Be careful, the quality is there, especially windshield. That's 3 hour job right there

My recently delivered CT CB was tinted yesterday at a pro shop. I used LLumar IRX 50 on the front windshield and quarter windows, IRX 80 (I think it was called 80) on the front driver and passenger windows, AIR 80 on the rear door windows, and the glass roof.

Today is first day in the sun here in South Florida, and I can feel a MAJOR difference. I have A/C at 72F instead of 69F or 70F (medium speed), and it's perfect. I am facing the Sun as I write this and also bought a sunshield on Amazon that I am really pleased with just because I don't need to see out the windshield while working remotely here at the beach :).

We tested the IR rejection and VL rejection with their detector yesterday and got 98.9% IR rejection on the front door windows (IRX 50 + Factory glass) and 100% IR rejection on the rear door windows (AIR 80 + Factory Glass).

I did not tint the rear window facing the bed since it's almost always closed, and I want to be able to see through it perfectly when I need to.

Just got my Cybertruck on Monday and dropped it off an hour ago at the Window Tint shop... they said they can't do the rear glass because it's plexiglass and tint doesn't stick to that? I opted for Ceramic tint. Does anyone know what they're talking about?
This is in Texas for reference.
