If the tinter does not redo the windshield for free, Sue them. That is like bringing you car to an autobody shop for a paint job and then painting over dirt!!!!!!

My Dad used to talk about Earl Scheib (?)
Cheapest paintjob in town. They'll paint over dirt, they'll paint over rust.

At this point, I don’t think I want them to redo the windshield. I’ve seen their poor quality work and I would like to go to somebody who can do it right.
