Where’s my FSD??

I purchased a cyber truck and was told I would get at least a 30 day trial for FSD. It’s been two weeks no FSD has anybody else have this problem?

that's interesting. Tesla is doing a free FSD trial until the end of November (or maybe even the end of December), so you should complain.

OK, someone said I should send them the $99 or sign up for FSD which I have already done and I’m still have not received even the first update and as far as getting in touch with someone at Tesla you tell me who to call Where I can talk to someone and I’ll be more than happy to

Why not walk into a showroom and talk to someone?

I have been over there three different times in the past month and talk to the ““ manager I still don’t have FSD on my cyber truck on my 2014 model three Highlander I do have FSD I had it transferred from my 2019 model three it’s very confusing oh and plus I live 50 miles away from there. You have to excuse me, but I’m just venting.

If your paperwork says that you are getting an FSD trial then Tesla should honor it and date it from when they finally give it to you. Those other things just confuse the matter.

I live half that distance to the local showroom and if I were promised something and I actually wanted it (and FSD would qualify), I’d get in the car and camp out at that guy’s desk until they gave it to me.

My FSD is also not working in my new Cybertruck AWD.

I received a free trial alert from Tesla, and I also purchased the monthly subscription.

My software is version 2024.32.100.1

The FSD option is grayed out, and there is a note "will be available in an upcoming software release"

Also I do not have any lane-keeping capability, the only option I have is "Traffic-Aware Cruise Control"

It can take up to a month to get the first major update as well as the fsd update for new cars. Rollouts are staged by VIN. I haven't been able to find anyone within the past year or so that has successfully gotten service to push the update manually and early. Just have to wait. Plenty of posts on reddit and here around this topic over the years.

I too have 2024.32.100.1 and took delivery last thursday. I doubt you'll be able to get the updates forced but you'd probably have a case to get your free fsd trial reset since you aren't capable of using it yet.

For what its worth, I bought fsd for 7k and also got the standard fsd free trial email when I took delivery so its likely automated.

I got mine on Nov 7 and still waiting for the software update. Talk to Tesla and yes they can rest your free trial. Called and they put notes in my file to reset free trial due to waiting on software updates . All I have to do is call when I get my software updates and they will reset the free trial. They told me that the software is sent out in batches by vin groups.

Did you try to activate the FSD using the right steering wheel roller ball. Press it in once and see if it activates. Press again to deactivate.

I also got my AWD Cybertruck on 11/16/24. Today is 11/21/24 and nothing yet. I contacted Tesla and I was told this is something they cannot control. They said that Tesla does this by sending several batches to different vin numbers at once. My vin number is in the 47***. What is yours if we may know? This should help me try to figure out how much longer to wait for. Thanks.

I’m in the 48XXX VIN range, delivery on 11/9. Paid for FSD outright after delivery. Still on 32.100.1 with no FSD.
