So I have the FSD v12.5.5.2 and I've driven everything from sports cars to semi's for the past 50 years. I like driving and even enjoy driving on long trips. First off let me say that Tesla's FSD is impressive. We live on a farm and I was shocked when I first got it that it could navigate unmarked blacktop roads and even gravel roads. I never expected it to work on either of those. With this software version I liken it to ridding with a teenager who is learning to drive. You let them control the vehicle but are always on alert for a possible catastrophic mistake. It seems to choke on merging traffic sometimes and sometimes I see events unfolding ahead that I would start slowing down on but it maintains speed until it must do a hard brake to avoid an accident. Left turns are still a problem with it not maintaining it's lane and even heading into oncoming traffic. The not accelerating to the speed I have set is also annoying. Granted it can be fixed by pressing the accelerator pedal but still a bug in my mind. All these issues I'm sure Tesla will correct over time. All these thing said FSD is not as capable as I am. I've logged millions of miles driving accident free. When it can drive as well as I can or better I'll be sold. Absolutely love the truck and use it as a farm truck and daily driver. FSD has a lot of room for improvement.
