A front bumper:
Needs to be sturdy.
Needs to improve approach angles.
Needs to be able to hold a winch.
Needs to not get in the way of maneuverability (stick out and hit things).

Cybertruck has a front bumper. This is more akin to a bull bar. For me I’d still require unimpeded access to the frunk which i use regularly. The rub with this design is mirroring an ICE aesthetic reduces function, which does not happen in the ICE case with this kind of design as there is no frunk to obscure.

I’d recommend going back to first principles here, you’ll likely find the design you then derive fits below the frunk opening, not above the bumper line.

Q: What material is this made of?
A: Carbon steel.

Q: That doesn't look like it is improving approach angles?
A: The angles have now been designed to improve off-road traversal through forests, meeting the normal demands of off-roading.

Q: Does this added bumper appear to be connected to the original bumper via a tow hook?
A: Yes, that's correct. The reason for this is that there are no other fixing points on the vehicle. The advantage of this design is that it is the only one that can be installed without damaging the original vehicle. The strength has been tested and is fully compliant with daily use.

Likely a china build and they are all resellers. Same thing happened with the angled screen mount.

The stock Cybertruck “bumper” is not a Bumper. It is a piece of plastic for aesthetics and to hold the front camera. It cannot do anything other than look good and hold the camera. The slightest contact with anything will likely break it and/or the plastic mounts. It is best to not think of it as a strengthened object because it is not strong at all.

I speak from personal experience.
