Apparently, it has not even learned the basics of reading.:ROFLMAO:

Like, solid white and yellow lines. Not to cross.

Solid double yellow: Deadly, to go over.

And island divider, not to jump over.

Solid concrete freeway divider: Absolutely deadly!

No, it hasn't learned how to read, it hasn't been taught how to do that. It's a concept familiar to anyone who has driven in a foreign country using a language that they don't understand. Just because you can't read, doesn't mean you can't drive.

People drift over solid yellow lines all the time. In previous versions it wouldn't do it. Just an artifact in the current software.

Solid concrete freeway divider? My vehicles have successfully navigated these hundreds, if not thousands of times with no damage.

Simply sounds like you don't trust it.

I tried it on the way home just now on a normal route I took with my ModelY during the FSD Trial… I would say it’s the same or slightly better.. the system is definitely learning how to read..

Went 320 miles over the weekend with about a dozen interventions and redirects.

Got lost in city streets when it's supposed to turn left to merge into the freeway.

Nearly hit a car when it did a too-sharp a left turn.

Went halfway into solid yellow line on the left while over-taking a semi and I had to force it back to the lane before hitting the concrete barrier.

Otherwise, it is doing very well.

I'm still alive, right?

That sums it for me as well..... its not ready yet.... mine routinely runs red lights, if you don't aggressively supervise it, it will try to kill you. :(

That's the bad news, the good news is they are diligently working on making it better.. :)

I don’t like the follow distance..

FSD vs Autopilot follow distance on my ModelY has always been different (which in itself I don’t like or understand why they would do such) but the CyberTruck follow distance in FSD really bothers me.. and there are no settings option to change like in previous. Maybe this is still really days of the CT FSD development, but this needs to be addressed or at least comparable to previous

Had this scary shit experience.

It was series of unmistakable stopped cars with red brake lights, but I noticed that instead of slowing down, it was barreling ahead at full speed.

Then it must have "read" all those reds and stationary cars in front.

But it still continues not braking but this time, just these urgent emergency chipping warnings.

I have to use the relief lane on the left not to hit the car up front and give the poor nervous chap at the back to brake.

I can write a book about my (mis)adventures with FSD if Elon will pay me enough for it.:ROFLMAO:

I'm having the same experience. This morning it turned left on a normal two lane road, problem was it picked the left lane and I would of had a head on collision if I hadn't yanked the steering wheel to the right. UGH. I only have an 11 mile drive to work with very few turns, and I have to intervene 2 or three times every day. And there's nothing weird or treacherous on my drive to work. A 15 year old beginner/teenager could easily drive this route.

But, they are working on it, until then, I will be very attentive!

It does this to me on a neighborhood road - with yellow markings only at the end. Model 3 doesn't do that.

CT does slow down later than Model 3 (HW3). So - I'd intervene if it doesn't seem to be slowing down in time. It happened a couple of times in the earlier version - not this one (yet!).

My main problem though is CT is still too close to the curb on turns. Because of the angles, it is also more difficult for me judge where the curb is compared to Model 3 - so when I drive manually I tend to take slightly wider turns. That means, it is difficult to figure out when I should intervene and when it would be ok ...
