No Christmas software update — Just got it- 12/22!!!!

Am I the only person who hasn’t received the Christmas software update? My update setting is set to “Advanced” and truck has been connected to WiFi every night. Much later and Christmas will have come and gone.

No CT has the holiday update. There are a couple of threads regarding the latest firmware update that includes FSD 13. Several forum members just started receiving that in the last few days - but still no holiday update. Coulud be another week, may be longer (if we get it).

Had similar problem. Unchecked advanced. Waited a day and set advanced again. Then it came. Not sure if that triggered or just a coincidence

We have heard from Tesla that the holiday release will be going out to all vehicles next week and we have a credible source on this forum who has suggested that we can expect the holiday release for the Cybertruck on/or about 12/22. Breathe.

On the Model 3, the "Christmas Update" typically came within the last couple of days before the holiday itself. Note that the "Christmas Update" isn't loaded with Christmas themed toys and Easter eggs. It is a seasonal update that happens to come around the 25th. It's not decorations, it's more of a Christmas present, which as noted above, you'd typically not open and enjoy until the 25th.

The FSD 13 update popped up on my truck at work around lunch time so it’s updating right now. We’ll see next week if the Christmas update for CT is real or not.

So, this is weird … I read somewhere on this forum about the Santa update, where you can say “Ho Ho Ho” or “Enable Santa” and the CT turns to Santa’s sleigh and all other vehicles are Reindeer. Is that the Christmas Update? No notification, no download or update, just worked! Some of the other stuff I’ve read you get with the Xmas update, I don’t have. Just say’in!
Also, finally got my V13.2 FSD last night … after reading other’s getting it much earlier!

No. Santa mode is years old it was always in the cybertruck it just isn’t properly set up in toybox which is why you have to turn it on through voice. The holiday update (among other things) updates Santa mode to make the vehicle your cybertruck and the Deer … cyber.

Number one comment on my truck is Santa mode thanks guys for that tip. I want to keep the deer instead of robots. When I am at the airport the cops don’t give me a ticket when I show them the Elves and deer!

So, you will still have the "stock" sleigh but it will appear on a different chassis, not CT. I believe 2024.44 is the version for holiday update and per Teslascope that hasn't been deployed to any CT's as of yet, rumor is-- a few days from now.

You will eventually get the holiday update which should turn the Vision graphic into a Cybersleigh. Hope this helps!
