Looks like fairly normal driving for a stopped lane, and the CT already knows the other lane is clear. Perhaps a courtesy turn signal chirp would be middle ground.
You should see the swerves for skid marks, those are unnerving!

I dont' understand? what did you want it to do... looked like perfect driving to me?
Traffic stopping in front - person behind and to the right of you so it can't move over until it passed, then it made aggressive but normal move into right lane to keep moving... what more did you want? Blame the drivers in front for the stop... that's like every minute of driving in NJ...
