Assigned VIN 5/7 when it arrived at SC Irvine
First delivery window 5/8-5/11
But then placed on containment hold
I’m schedule to pick up 5/29 (Friday)
They are replacing the entire battery

Everyone has completely random experiences with minimal support. Irvine SC was bad at first but I think they were kept in the dark. Then the delivery manager Sage started keeping me in the loop and was awesome once the engineers told him what to do with my PAWD.
Wow my VIN is also 948xx, except I haven’t heard back yet on the issue. I keep getting the standard response that they're waiting on engineering with no other information availableI ordered my PAWD 4/24

I believe Tesla engineers are so backed up, they just get to them when they can get to them.
