This is fake news because they compared a FS Cyberbeast vs. a "new" AWD model. The Cyberbeast is known to be louder than the AWD because it is Front Wheel drive by default while AWD models are RWD by default. AWD has an induction front and PM motor rear. Cyberbeast has a PM motor front and from...
I think your situation is the exactly same one I have. Its a Bluetooth classic xbox controller that should work fine but something is funky on the CT that is preventing it from working for me.
So my new FS VIN 36xxx still has the problem with my Samusng Z Fold 5 (in case) and Wifes iPhone 12 pro max. Just got that swapped to a 16 recently so not sure if its a problem there. Still upsetting that its happening while this isn't an issue on the Model Y.
I told myself, I couldn't wait another year for a CT. Even if it meant losing possibly $20k in incentives and discounts, so I decided to buy now. Everyone is different, with different life situations, but that was the one for me.
I would say incentives between now and February will be limited...
Not practical for "some" people :p. I'm definitely one of those folks who would go crazy and sleep in their truck for good pricing even though I now have FUSC, and more solar/powerwalls than I possibly need...but I'm special in that way :p.
BTW, my $0.30 / KWh comment previously assumed typical...
That's so odd since my Model 1708 will pair and connect, but the input's are all funky (I have lithium batteries too inside), you don't have any problems with Beach Buggy? I'm also on the latest christmas update if that makes any difference.
When I'm USB wired, it works fine.
Thanks for those detailed THD charts around the US. I was a bit of a power quality nerd early in my career. You're absolutely right that THD on traditional gensets are horrifying, and any decent inverter based system is going to be miles beyond it with the CT being no exception.
2.8% THD isn't that great to be honest as a decent solar inverter would normally be less than 1.5% . Also I'm assuming you're referencing voltage THD, since typically you want to use TDD (Total Demand Distortion) if you're referencing IEEE 519 especially under load. I'd be more interested in...
Tesla did offer FUSC transfer to any new vehicles for a very short time in I think Q4 2023 or Q1 2024, so was possible to transfer from an older S/X vehicle to a new Model 3/Y for a bit.
It's my theory that they figured out Dry Based Electrodes and stop using the chinese copper coils with the $80k CT's while they kept the original Cybercell V2 on the Cyberbeast models.
CT AWD has 325 miles on NFS, and 340 miles on FS which could either EPA testing changes or actual changes in...
What model xbox controllers do you guys have? For some neither of mines wants to work.

So I have 2 Xbox controllers I use to use on my Model Y (2024) but it doesn't seem to work at all on my Cybertruck. One controller is is older Xbox One X (Model 1708) and the other is newer Series X (Model 1914).
The 1914 cannot even bluetooth pair to the Cybertruck (not detected) while the...
I am still unsure if CT could get AI5 as an upgrade, which makes me very sad and concerned when I finally decided to buy the CT last week. Originally opted for base model CT to replace in 2 to 4 years but FUSC got me.
Also CyberSUV you mean RoboVan? The CT is basically a CyberSUV
