I don't know, but i can't imagine the CT goes without summon for too long now that other vehicles have it. We should have FSD v13 by end of month per Tesla, so maybe it will arrive with that.
Eh, stats. Much has to do with the performance of these vehicles, so the death rate stats are going to be skewed.
I go purely by safety ratings, and I trust Tesla has made the Cybertruck as safe as the other vehicles
These are all known quirks. FSD for Cybertruck is essentially one of those releases where it is a regression from other more trained/fine tuned version like on the Model Y.
Expect these things to be fixed and improve in upcoming SW releases.
hmmm.. pretty quiet here. No one else getting the email?
They are ramping production now for the non-FS orders. I wonder if wheel covers are now being prioritized for those units for a little while.
Maybe I'll get wheel covers when i buy my gen 2 Cybertruck in 2029.... ?
Jack mode doesn't exactly help with clearance to be able to use a jack, it's to disable self leveling.
For jacking the vehicle, the proper procedure per Tesla is to enable jack mode, then set the truck in off-road mode in 'very high' suspension height. You will likely need to use a bottle jack...
So, serious, lol.
yeah, Tesla is not going to guarantee the windows will not be damaged by projectiles(nor should they). The point they are making is that they are safer to the occupants than windows on other vehicles.
Not sure if this is a serious post? That is a crack, not shattered glass.
Also, some physics, a baseball at 70mph will likely do less damage than a smaller and harder object like a rock traveling at a lower velocity.
I sleep and drive soundly knowing my Cybertruck existing in the world is itself a giant self driving stainless steel middle finger to all the snowflakes and communists out there.
I had a svc appointment a few days ago and I added a svc item about the wheel covers but no luck.
They said once I get the email they will have mobile service drop them off at my house.
