Project "Melt Snow" - Snow / Ice Buildup on Headlights & Bumper Solution (DIY Writeup)

My solution.... In all seriousness, your solution is super cool. I'm genuinely curious to hear how it works for you over the winter.

Wiper washer hose connection part replacement ?

Ah, then you may have a chance to save it. What you'll need to do it's the first remove the frunk lining. Then, underneath where the wiper motor is, you'll see there's a 90° connection and kind of a little plastic bracket that keeps that sleeved plastic hose positioned through the wiper motor...

Wiper washer hose connection part replacement ?

That little plastic nub is the end of a plastic hose that is sleeved through the wiper motor bolt from the bottom. Did you break off that nub or did you press it down into the wiper motor bolt?

    Opening up more charging options?

This all depends on where you live, but it's highly unlikely that you have no superchargers within 100-200 miles.

1 a million Cybertruck drivetrain oil leak

Yes this is an insurance claim. Warranty is not and should not cover things like this, that is unless this starts happening to hundreds or thousands of vehicles.

Update: Oh Well...Received $1800 additional Tesla Shop Credit?!

Hmmm, have not seen this. Are we saying AWD owners who have already spent the previous $2500 shop credit are receiving this additional $1800?

While on FSD and clearly marked roads, does your CT hug the left line and occasionally go over it?

This pretty known. I do notice that it hugs the left line a bit, however, I've never had to disengage because of it. If your CT is hugging the line and you feel the need to disengage because of it, then just leave a voice report. In time this will get resolved.

    Kyle finally gets it (FSD).

Yeah, confidence, i'll agree there. I had a hw3 model 3 loaner a few weeks back and it was very assertive, which i liked.

    Kyle finally gets it (FSD).

No, he is going to be on 12.5.5.3 currently. While there are many quirks with 12.5.5.3, it's certainly miles ahead of v11 and other hw3 vehicles on v12.

I don't have them yet but I can answer this question, yes, they will mark up the wheels over time.

Cyber Wheel Covers pick-up delivery emails going out to owners now

To the top. I'm surprised that there have been near zero posts for people receiving wheel covers lately. Are long time owners still not receiving covers? Or, i wonder, have long time owners just stopped posting on the forum? Both?

    Problems with FSD 12.5.5.3

I've not heard of an issue like this. I'd ensure all cameras are working using the camera app in vehicle. Also, ensure you have not applied any products to the cameras or windshield that create a hydrophobic layer, which can interfere with camera visibility, things like rain-x . If you have...

Tragic Cybertruck Accident in SF Bay Area Kills 3, Injures 1

Wreckless driving it appears. Not much can be done in this case. Likely these folks would have perished in any vehicle involved in this accident, regardless of laminated windows, paper windows, windows down, etc.

    CT Preconditions for 100+ miles

Did you precondition before leaving? If not, that is something you definitely want to do in cold weather. There is a lot more battery density on the CT also, so it will take longer in general.

Has anyone been confronted for owning a Cybertruck? [LOCKED DUE TO POLITICS]

Never. I've only had positive in person interactions. The worst I've gotten was a 2500HD driver saying he'd prefer his 2500HD for the cost. Nice guy. Wrong, but nice. :D

LOL, OP. First pickup truck? ? Any full size truck tailgate, Cybertruck included, will support 600lbs+. You could safely drive most ATVs up ramps into the bed without issue.
