While the exclusivity of the CT would be cool if they stopped production, which they won’t—that’s nonsense, there would be less third party add-ons which would suck. Already some things are lacking. I wish someone would sell a nice bed extender for example.

Well that sucks. They changed the whole seat on mine, but I guess the bars they are attached to underneath are the same. After watching Sandy Munro’s video taking apart the seats, I have to say the CT seats are ridiculously complex and very un-Tesla like. Tesla has a philosophy of minimalism...

Just a brief update on this. They ordered a new driver’s seat for me. It was replaced yesterday and now everything is fine.

It’s pretty standard for the NHTSA to investigate a driver assistance system after accidents where it was used. They did it with Bluecruise recently. I personally doubt they will find anything wrong with its low visibility detection. FSD is pretty quick to shutdown if it is having visibility...

I have this problem with the driver’s seat only. It’s been present since I first got the AWD and seems to be getting worse. Is there any follow-up from the reports here? Has anyone had this successfully fixed? Did it require a whole new seat?

Automation should be something that helps everyone, not just company owners and shareholders. They can implement automation and give workers a bigger share of the pie. The shipping companies and port operators make money hand over fist and can easily settle this. I’m fine with Tesla production...

I always found it crazy that the CT doesn’t even have dumb summon. I mean that doesn’t require FSD or anything in any other Tesla.

no issues on mine either. delivery a month ago. panels look perfect. the tonneau leaks a bit more that i would like, and more than my friend’s CT. going to have that looked at.

They are right and I don’t think it’s harsh at all. The cyberstuck subreddit is a cult that harasses r/cybertruck and tesla owners. In the past reddit quarantines and bans subreddits like that, like they did to r/the_donald, but they have failed to take action against cyberstuck in this case...

Is the wiper issue resolved or are all of them like this? Using the fluid it leaves the windshield dirtier than it was before. There’s a big streak down the middle of the wiper’s path. The thing also makes a loud unpleasant squeak as it goes across the window, worse than nails on chalkboard...

There’s no way Tesla purposefully designed something to come off the truck and create a road hazard.

I have the AT tires on Cyber wheels currently. In the future one can always change to the AS tires right? Is there anything special about the Core wheels that would make them necessary for AS?

For the record, I don’t believe the dude in the article that says he got cursed out. Who does that? More likely he cut someone off or something, got cursed out, and is mistakenly blaming his truck for attracting hate. People either dig the truck or don’t give a shit.
