Quality of newer / latest builds?

I am more curious if fit and finish has improved on exterior panel alignment. I have seen some posts that show poor panel alignment from the factory.

The Cybertruck requires 12 SS exterior panels to be installed:

(4) Doors
(2) Cantrail trim pieces
(1) Tailgate
(2) Quarter panels
(2) Front fenders
(1) Frunk lid

Two weeks and a day since I picked up my Beast in Dallas.

Small scratch on the frunk and minor sail panel alignment issue. They are fixing early October. Other than that, LOVE IT! Great vehicle and no real issues.

I took delivery 3 weeks ago and I haven't found a issue yet but I’m Tottaly over thinking when any little thing happens that is a little strange thinking “o here we go” ?
If I could think of one thing that bothered me it would be the windshield wiper pack of fluid to come out. It might be a thing but I haven’t decided to keep using it enough to worry yet

Honestly if you get up on a lot of cars the way those photos were taken you will find some alignment issues. , I swear I can get out and think I see a dent or a mis alignment then the next day see nothing. If I’m being super picky my passenger back door has maybe 1/16 Mis alignment in one area but only at some angles can you notice it. I took delivery 3 weeks ago

no issues on mine either. delivery a month ago. panels look perfect.

the tonneau leaks a bit more that i would like, and more than my friend’s CT. going to have that looked at.

We took delivery in early June and have had no issues. I think CT is a bit of an anomaly in that you hear about an extent high percentage of trucks that have any issue at all. It makes it easy to forget there are thousands and thousands out there with no issue. Not saying things don't Hakeem and there are no issues, and it sucks if you're one of the ones dealing with something but the odds are very strongly in your favor. Imo. Personally if I didn't have mine already at this point I'd be more inclined to wait and see the non FS trim options. But also depend on one's personal situation and drivers.

3/22 delivery with zero issues. Don’t believe most of the shit you read about all the “issues”, this truck is awesome!

No issues 3 months in. As another said, you’re going to read more negative stories because the truck has turned into a thing. Cybertruck articles get clicks. Lots of curiosity around the truck so it ends up mainstream (meanwhile my other vehicles have had super unsafe recalls but nobody would know but me. Doesn’t make the news)

Insofar as tonneau leaks mentioned throughou the post, there are a few DIY fixes with several threads offering solutions. I had a slight leak in the upper right top corner and fixed it. Nothing yet that bears SC attention.

The hood should be slightly below the fender otherwise the front light bar will show from the side.

Delivery was in April. No issues other than a minor rattle from the rear seats and the vault divider not fitting correctly.

Service center had this resolved in about two hours. No other issues to report

Haters will hate.

The majority of early builds didn't have issues significant enough to be worth talking about either.

I have a late May build and it has zero problems with 3,400 miles, parked in the weather and off-roaded frequently.

I received my invite to order the Cybertruck, but I’m still hesitant to pull the trigger. Any opinions on how the latest builds have been ? AWD

Took delivery yesterday. Panel fit finish looks perfect. I don’t have any of the issues extensively documented in reviews.

Again, thanks for the feedback. Tesla Raleigh doesn’t do demo rides. It apparently tesla Charlotte does. Finally got to sit in one. Hard not to want it…..
