Constantly, it is so annoying! I have to tell the Truck "Wiper off" at least 6 times in a 20 minute drive to work. I do notices its worse on cloudy days. I also cringe every time it wipes dirt across my glass!! I wish OFF means OFF and if I need the Wiper I will turn it on, quit activating...
