lol at giving those numbers any credence. These are the same people that said reservation numbers that are getting invites today wouldn’t be getting them for a year or later. It’s a great car and I want one but don’t believe the hype for the one second.
Just like folks were surprised to get the FS call so early, think the same will happen with regular production. Think this will start fairly soon and though take rates should be better, they’ll run through the list at a fast clip
Is it just me or is the sheet very difficult to navigate and filter through? I’m on mobile by the way. In my mind, the most pertinent data points are the latest RN to be invited to configure (non-long term shareholder) and their estimated reservation # in line
If you’ve been tracking the Cybertruck website closely, you’ll notice that the scheduled dates have been changing.
It now reads that new reservations will have delivery of AWD and Beast in 2025 (RWD reads “available” in 2025). I would presume that the specific wording (delivery vs available)...
Who knows but honestly a take rate of less than 10% doesn’t surprise me when you consider inflationary costs, rising rates, and low barrier to entry to reserve.
What does this mean: “If the trend continues, and it likely will, we will soon sell out all the build in 2024. "Demand is off the hook"”
isn’t that already a known fact with the number of reservations? I don’t know what this is telling me
Thanks. One of them doesn’t like Teslas and doesn’t care about being banned lol
of course it’s impossible to predict with precision, but depending on conversion rates it sounds like getting the vehicle mid or late next year isn’t crazy.
I have two very close friends that reserved in late December 2019, neither of which want their reservation. Don’t know if it’s possible for them to transfer to me whether it’s the reservation or selling me the car (both will wait until regulation production and not FS if so) and neither have...
Thanks. I see those RN numbers, but I am more curious as to when those folks reserved (what’s the latest reservation that has been called to configure in terms of date, rather then RN)
Man, I really hope that is the case and frankly agree given the relatively small market for this kind of vehicle. But your pricing would imply that they essentially run through all the reservations next year (since no resale premium). Just something worth noting, though I do agree this is the...
Do you know if those dates on the website are when the vehicle will be available if you order now, or if it’s when the vehicle trim will generally become available?
