1. Any vehicle can have snow buildup on the headlights

No one need do anything to criticize Elon when he's wrong, even though you are physically incapable of doing so. I've defended Elon, (when appropriate), for far longer than most people.

I'm almost certain the upgrade will only be for those who paid in full up front. Luckily for Tesla that's a small percentage of owners. It wouldn't make sense to tie up service centers doing an upgrade for subscribers at cost.
