Tesla Board refutes WSJ report of CEO replacement search to replace Musk

If we had a truly independent and responsible board they would have replaced Elon by now. I can't think of any other CEO who created such brand damage and remained in charge.

Air Suspension Pump / Reservoir Tank location below the Cybertruck bed floor (photos)

I'm not sure why they would bother to use nitrogen during service if it was an open air system which drew from the atmosphere.

Public REACTIONS to Your Cybertruck (and Your Reaction)? [Admin Warning: NO POLITICS]

You're delusional if you think the people who were unhinged enough to damage Teslas in the past also couldn't be motivated to escalate as well. Road rage happens daily for many reasons. And who do you think the coal rollers align with? Your extreme bias is on full display.

Public REACTIONS to Your Cybertruck (and Your Reaction)? [Admin Warning: NO POLITICS]

I've been around long enough to remember Tesla's being keyed well before this and it wasn't "lefties" doing it. There are crap people on both sides, do not fool yourself.

Air Suspension Pump / Reservoir Tank location below the Cybertruck bed floor (photos)

Turns out it's a sealed system that uses pure nitrogen not atmospheric air.

Cybertruck hitch analysis by Engineering Explained

It's a quantifiable difference in strength, you can hand wave it away if you wish.

Cybertruck hitch analysis by Engineering Explained

Your truck could break in half and you'd still say it was a perfect design so your credibility is questionable, to say the least. Simple fact is that in the test the CT frame broke and the other vehicle did not, even at a higher load. That doesn't even take into account cycling fatigue of...

Cybertruck hitch analysis by Engineering Explained

Want to take a crack at quantifying the holding strength of these aluminum casting spot welds, (plus it looks like some adhesive)? I don't see any tearing so it looks as if the welds just let go cleanly at the surface interface. I assume there must be some sort of material/welding strength...

When you say "sail panels" do you mean the entire bed sides, since I assume they are one piece?

Cybertruck hitch analysis by Engineering Explained

Others have already done an excellent job of explaining where you are wrong, (and why Grok, and other "AI" summaries are just aggregators and not the final word on anything), but I think the above bolded section says it all. For my part I will admit that saying the side panels contribute...

Cybertruck hitch analysis by Engineering Explained

Front bumper is "structurally attached" to the rear by the rest of the truck, did it contribute anything? Just because Tesla called it an "exoskeleton" doesn't mean it really is one. Maybe they aren't afraid of someone pursuing the truth instead of fan boying. If not they can of course ban...

Cybertruck hitch analysis by Engineering Explained

The hitch ripped off with no damage to the body panels, that means no stress transfer between them. You don't need to be a Tesla engineer to understand engineering.

As apolitically as possible, how is Tesla affected by Tariffs?

"According to a new report, the state of affairs is already shattering Tesla's plans to import components from China for the US production of the Cybercab and the Semi electric truck. This could disrupt plans to start volume production of these crucial vehicles. Tesla was scheduled to begin...

    Windshield cracked on delivery day

Then more curve maybe? I've never seen so many reports of cracks not from impacts, something is clearly wrong with the design or implementation.

    Windshield cracked on delivery day

Frankly designing a bit of a curve would have helped more than anything. A flat surface is weaker than curved.
