Is it secured with just 3 nylon webbing straps? Understand it was a little tricky to put on, but if someone wanted to steal it (to resell, use it, or just piss you off) could the they just cut the straps from the outside of the truck and pull it off? I know there’s a combo lock on the inside of...

Half racks are fast and easy to install + remove… Can firm two MTBs on one of them if you don’t have the tent taking up space.

Not permanent whatsoever. Just 6 bracket pieces along the vault track. Should take the SC no more than 20 minutes…

Love this - if Tent Mode arrives and is exclusive to Basecamp owners, I would be more inclined to recommend folks buy the tent!!

You can definitely store a set of 3 overpriced tesla storage bins :) I can find out about storing a spare… i think you PROBABLY can. In theory you could do the spare under the tent, and then a set of 3 bins in front (towards the tailgate) of the spare.

The pump actually makes decent sense - it’s a proprietary Heim planet wide-valve so it’s fairly easy to inflate + super easy to deflate. Def would be cooler to have self inflating + deflating, but I can understand the design choice since that might result in over-inflating/popping the tent...
