I would do FSD at 7k but not 10k. If they want to be stubborn, I won’t take delivery. Straight up says on the website “ordering now will lock in your price against future increases.” I doubt tesla will get funny with us, but if they do, walk away!
Maybe the back window will be bigger than the unveil, and that’s one of the improvements Elon was talking about. He has mentioned changing the window sill angle so who knows. You are correct about roof line and passenger head level. I think the majority of customers prefer the glass, so the...
The slope of the roof makes its being glass useful. The tiny back window will have poor visibility, whereas with a glass roof, it’s not an issue. Cameras also help, but the glass roof is neat.
That Warren redlich guy on YouTube keeps saying the CT will have a 150 kWH battery for the tri motor. The math doesn’t add up. Cleanerwatt did a video showing the WH/mile to require at least a 180 kWh battery. With 560, seems clear it will be a 200 kWh battery
Would the new batteries degrade less than old ones? IE be able to handle a higher rate for longer. To me this is more important than peak rate—ability to sustain it longer.
Premium cost for CT rides + it’s just icing on the cake. If your truck can be making you money passively to get your monthly note to 0, that’s amazing.
We have a new very good baseline to improve from. Especially once it’s rolled out to more vehicles and they collect more data. To the other guy, I don’t care about sayings.
Do you have the FSD beta? I can’t imagine it would be more than two years away from being capable of robotaxiing, given how well it already is doing.
Yes the angles would change based on height. Seems the given values are based on max height.
I don’t believe whatever improvement will happen will change the given specs. Already very good to begin with
