Thatās interesting. ? What waiver did you sign? Was signing the waiver the difference in it being like a gift card vs. one time use? This makes it clear Tesla has different processes for different circumstances but still unclear what the differences are.
When did you receive your credit that you were able to use that way? I received my voucher on August 30th and in the fine print at the bottom, Tesla makes it crystal clear that I can only use it once any any unused credit is lost.

I told the company that Tesla contracted to install the setup that I only wanted the universal wall charger installed. They contacted Tesla and eventually I received a $2500 Tesla store credit for not using the Gateway.

I donāt think so. The $2500 credit can only be used for stuff the the Tesla shop. The Power Wall is its own thing and isnāt available in the Tesla shop.
