I don’t see the privacy box your wanting a comment on but I’ve tried a few different phone mounts and I like where this one attaches and how it attaches. It looks solid and gives options for both vertical and horizontal mounting with precise adjustability.

That’s odd that it hasn’t pushed FSD to your truck yet. My truck was getting fixed when FSD for CT was finally released so it was a few days later when I got it home. As soon as it connected to my house WIFI, I got the FSD software update notification.

I called the number and there’s no option for accessorie warranties or to speak with anyone. Guess I’ll have to send them a letter which seems ridiculous in 2024.

I went by my local service center and was told they aren’t associated with online purchases.
