There it is! We finally know what Elon meant when he announced that Tesla would experiment with spending $$ on marketing. Well done Elon - cheap, but effective!
Wrong. The CT has a B.A.D and the pillars extend to near the front of the hood. I've owned a Model X, there is no comparison. The X windshield is huge / extends above the driver. The pillars do not reach to near the end of the hood as the CT has.
Here we go - looks terrible. The Big Ass Dash is going to ruin this truck - at least for me. My reservation # is 3,6xx if anyone is interested. This truck reminds me of a south park episode for energy efficient transportation.... I'm a huge Tesla customer - but not willing to compromise so...
That's interesting...first time I've heard someone defend the bloated waste that Twitter was before it was put on a virtual treadmill / shed 70%+ of their waste. Do you have a link to show their current profits (now private) vs. their former publicly posted profits? I call bs.
so...yeah...imagine putting something on the dash and coming to a quick stop. Result - whatever is up on that dash had a nice 4 foot runway before hitting the bottom of the windshield. Not sure if any car has this characteristic...wonder why? nice to have a big table sitting in front of the...
...so - I have a 2019 Ram, new model, and I'm not sure what you mean. I don't have 4 feet of dash space between the steering wheel and the bottom of the windshield as the cyber seems to have. Not sure what I would do with all of that space if I had it. A big waste of space... I'm like 3k in...
I'm not a fan of the "BAD" - Big Ass Dash. Seems like a huge waste of space, just because of their stubborn approach to the windshield angle. There are a lot of impractical flaws with this truck... But, I'll still buy mine and make $10k on the sale after 6 months of use...
Is it just me, or does it seem like the dash goes way too deep / that the angle of the windshield creates a wasted space between the steering wheel and where the windshield meets the dash? Doesn't seem right... Would be interesting to see the frunk - must go very deep to make use of this space?
Early reservation holder here, looking to monetize my vehicle as a rental, but don't want to manage it myself. Thinking through Turo, but willing to give a cut to someone with experience in professionally managing this kind of service. Any leads? Ideas of $$ to expect for the rental and then...
Yeah, would have been an earlier reservation if the website wasn't so glitchy! I gave up on the truck and bought an old beater ICE truck and a prius prime. Was thinking late 2023 when I bought them. Have thought about Turo, but too much work. Thinking I can make this a reasonable rental for...
Ok, so now that I've seen a post about the cyber being released at the beginning of 2023...and I'm about #3k in line...I'm realizing that the truck is going to be delivered to me too soon / much earlier than expected :). With that in mind, I'm willing to rent out my vehicle (expect it to be the...
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I lead an intelligence function - and have a sense that you're probably pretty accurate. Funny to see how many people think that connections to traditional are a fault - the auto industry has been one of the biggest at investing in and leveraging competitive...
